How do I book a pitch?

Pick a day, an hour and a pitch on the booking calendar, create an account, sign the Membership Agreement, and pay by card. The whole thing happens online — there is no form to send and nobody to wait for.

How much does it cost?

An hour is priced per pitch, and the rate depends on the time of day. The prices page reads the club's own pricing rules as you load it, and where it cannot state a figure it says so and gives you a number to call. The price you are shown is the price you are charged, with sales tax included.

What are your opening hours?

Closed midnight to 9:00 AM, every day. Every hour outside that run can be booked, and the booking calendar shows which of them are still free.

How far ahead can I book?

30 days. The calendar runs 30 days out from today, and an hour past the end of that window simply is not there yet — it appears as the days roll forward.

Can I book at the last minute?

Yes. There is no minimum notice at all: if an hour is still free you can take it right up to the moment it starts. The calendar is live, so what it shows as free is free.

Can I cancel?

Yes, up to a point. Cancel 12 or more hours before kick-off and the payment is refunded — we start the refund the moment you cancel. Closer than 12 hours, the hour cannot be cancelled; that rule is enforced by the booking system itself rather than by asking.

How do I pay?

By card, on Stripe's own hosted checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never to this site. Picking an hour holds it for 30 minutes while you pay; if the payment has not arrived by then the hour goes back on the calendar for somebody else.

Do my teammates need their own accounts?

Yes. Whoever books the hour gets a link to share, and everybody who takes it up creates an account and signs the Membership Agreement before they can accept. That is how the club knows that every adult who steps on the pitch has signed — it is the reason the link exists.

Can I remove someone from my squad?

No. Once somebody has accepted an invitation they are on that match, and there is no removal, no withdrawal and no way to change the link. It is worth knowing before you share one: the link works for anybody who has it.

Where do I park?

There is room to park around the field, so you can drive to your booking. We are at Turf On Soccer Fields, 11523 Bammel North Houston Rd, Houston, TX 77066. If you cannot find us on the way, call +1 (832) 773-4841 and we will talk you in.

How do I get in when I arrive?

A member of staff checks you in at the field, and reads each player's Membership Agreement signature off their profile. So every adult playing needs their own account with that agreement signed — the person who booked the hour, and everybody who accepted the invitation link for it. Children do not have accounts of their own; the agreement the adult who brings them signed is what covers the child.

Are there restrooms, changing rooms or showers?

Not yet. Restrooms, changing rooms and showers are all being built, so there is nowhere on site to change or wash at the moment — come ready to play. We would rather not name a date for them than name one we cannot keep, so call +1 (832) 773-4841 if it matters to your booking.

Do I need to bring a ball?

No. Balls and bibs are both provided. There is nothing to arrange when you book either — an hour on the calendar is the whole of it.

What should I wear on my feet?

Turf or firm-ground shoes. Metal studs are not allowed. It is worth telling your group before they set off rather than at the gate.

What size are the pitches?

They are 7-a-side outdoor turf pitches, and there are two of them, so a second match can run alongside yours. A booking is one pitch for one hour.

How many players can we bring?

The pitches are laid out for 7-a-side, and that is the number the club recommends. More or fewer than that is your group's choice — the club does not set the number for you, so a smaller game and a fuller one both work on the same booking.

Can we book both pitches at the same time?

Yes. There are two pitches and they are booked separately, so a bigger party takes the same hour on each and plays across both. Pick them one at a time on the calendar and pay for each as normal.

Can we book two hours in a row?

Yes. Pick each hour on the calendar and pay for it as normal, and they run back to back. There is no limit on how many you take beyond what the calendar still has free when you get there.

Is a referee provided?

No, not as a rule — a group that wants one brings its own. Nothing about booking an hour includes an official, so if refereeing matters to your match, arrange it between yourselves before you arrive.

Can we play after dark?

Yes — the ground has floodlights, so dark is not the end of the day here. They come on by themselves, so an evening hour needs nothing asked for and nothing switched on. Check the calendar for which evening hours are still free.

What happens if it rains?

The surface drains rather than pools, so it is playable after rain. If the pitch is not playable, the club cancels the hour and refunds the payment. If you are unsure about a particular booking, call +1 (832) 773-4841 and ask.

Can children play?

Yes, with a parent supervising. The Membership Agreement a member signs covers the parent of any minor they bring, so the adult who signed it is the one answerable for the child on the pitch.

Can friends and family watch?

Yes. Spectators are welcome and there is somewhere to sit, so a family can come along and watch the hour you booked. They are not part of the booking — what you reserve is a pitch for an hour, and who comes to watch is up to you.

Can we bring food and drink?

Food and drink are fine — bring what you like for your hour. Alcohol, smoking and pets are not allowed at the field. Those are house rules rather than anything the booking system enforces, so it is on your group to keep to them.
